Lockdown January 2021

In light of the most recent Government anouncement, we are continuing to work within the guidelines set below. Our Helpline is continuing to run during this period, however at a reduced capacity. We realise that this is a diffuicult time and that it may be harder for you to get through to us, we are answering as many calls as we can so please do keep trying.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING Covid-19

Following the initial lockdown in March 2020, Bristol & District Tranquilliser Project implemented the following measures: 

All Groups, Drop-ins, Assessments and 1:1s have been cancelled until further notice.

The Helpline continues to run, at a reduced capacity at this time due to social distancing of staff in the office space as we are working in rotation. We are aware that these are worrying times and the Helpine is extremely busy, we will continue to do our best to answer as many calls as possible and ask for your patience.

We will be following Government advice and advice from NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucester Clinical Commissioning Group with whom we have a contract.

We will keep you informed of any changes or updates.
